Shipping Time and Cost

Upon successful payment and order confirmation, you will receive an estimated delivery time and shipping cost on your order confirmation page. Additionally, an order confirmation message will outline the estimated processing time.

Our warehouse typically requires 1-3 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification. The shipment notification will include the estimated delivery time for each package, along with the tracking number. This estimated delivery time can also be viewed under each package in your order history.

While we aim for your order to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please note that external factors like flight arrangements, weather conditions, etc., may affect the actual delivery date. For the most current delivery date, refer to the tracking information.

Change of Address

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you require an address change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [email protected].

Multiple Addresses

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders. For assistance, contact us at [email protected].

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout and the product is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the product. Please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions.
